Since taking over Call The Underwriter, I’ve had hundreds of conversations with customers to understand the challenges faced when originating seller-financed loans. The number one request? Spanish-speaking support for borrowers. We listened, and it is now available!
Here’s how it works: When submitting a term sheet for a new deal [link], you’ll find a question in the borrower section asking if Spanish-speaking assistance is needed. If you select that option, Carlos will reach out to your borrower directly to provide the support they need.
